The incentive for this scheme is a £200 Amazon Gift Card or Cashback for the referrer, subject to the Principal Compliance Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions below.

 

Please note that only referrals submitted through this form will qualify.

 

The Gift Card will only be issued for valid referrals once the new client has signed a contract to become a Principal Compliance client.

 

Referrals will only be eligible if the Referred company is not already in conversation with Principal Compliance via any other channel.

 

Referral must sign a contract within 12 months of the submission date. Referrals which do not become clients within this date will not be eligible for a referral fee.

 

There is only one reward for each Referred company referred.

 

If a Referred company is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the Referrer.

 

Referrals will be deemed as ineligible if an existing client refers to their own company or a franchisee.

 

There is no limit to the number of businesses a Referrer can refer in our “Refer and Earn” scheme.

 

The Referrer may be named in communication between Principal Compliance and the Referred company.

 

Referral fees will only be issued for valid referrals once the Referred company has signed a contract to become a Principal Compliance client.

 

To constitute a successful referral, the Referred company must pay for an Annual Plan or clear its first direct debit payment in case they take up a Monthly plan with Principal Compliance.

 

Referral fee payments will be issued within 7 days after the first payment received from the referral. All payments are discretionary. Principal Compliance reserves the right to change payment terms in the future.

 

The Principal Compliance “Refer and Earn” referral scheme is available to UK residents only and is open to existing, previous, and non-Principal Compliance clients.

 

In the event of a Referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to info@principalcompliance.co.uk within 90 days of the referral form submission. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible for a referral fee.
